Custom one of a kind build. Cast in Platinum 00 silicone and filled with rigid foam. Fully punched hair on head and beard stubble, inlaid resin hand painted teeth and eyes, silicone tongue and gums. Manipulated casting with different nose, tattered cheeks. Hand pulled silicone gore around mouth area. Exposed brain from top/back of the head. Finished off with fabric collar around neck area. Mounted to a wooden black distressed base. Bottom is covered with felted black fabric.
